In the employment process, open positions are determined by our Management and Human Resources Department in parallel with our company’s needs. The candidates, who have the convenient qualities for these positions, are determined and taken into the employment process. In this process, the choosing and positioning applications and the assessment processes, based on competence, are conducted.
Language, religion, race, skin color, gender, age, physical/mental disabilities, sexual preferences and other discrimination factors are never involved in the conduction of hereby processes by the management of the Human Resources.
